Whom do we help?
MUNDIA ASSOCIATION supports children, unfavoured families and communities, regardless of their ethny, religion, disabilities or social status.
We believe that with our support people with medical needs will be able to reintegrate into the society where they can live a normal life together with their families.
We focus on sponsoring people affected by medical problems through surgeries, medical treatment, prothesis and medical equipment, for the purpose to help them reintegrate in the society so that they can have the chance, on their turn, to offer hope to the souls near them and lead a normal life.
In 2010 our priority will be eye defficient people. The Eyes Wide Open project will be extended and consolidated within all the special educational establishments for blind people in the country.
Give the 2% to Mundia Association
The 2% law enables employees to give 2% from their income tax to a non profit organization. In this way you can decide to give 2% from the tax that you owe to the state in order to contribute to promoting the health of the children and of the young people from Cluj as well as from all over the country. If you don’t give this money for a similar purpose it will stay to the state budget.
How can you give the 2% from the income tax to Mundia Association ?
Please press the buttons bellow and find enclosed the form already filled in with the Mundia Association relevant data, download, print and fill in :
- the form 230 if in 2010 you earned incomes only from the salary;
- the form 200 if in 2010 you earned incomes only from independent activities (liberal professions – doctor, lawyer, legal advisors, book-keeping expert, renting goods, author rights, etc);
- both forms if in 2010 you earned incomes both from the salary and from independent activities
It is not necessary to write down the amount that you give to Mundia Association because this amount will be calculated by the Finance Administration according to the value of the income tax you already paid. On the form 230 are already written the data of Mundia Association like beneficiary of the amount resulting from 2% of the tax paid by you.
Send the form 230 filled in and signed by you to the finance administration to which you belong until 15 may 2010. You can send this form either by post or you can put it personally by the Register Office from the city where you have the ID residence, or you cand send it on the address of our Association, from 7 Clujului street, village of Sannicoara, Apahida commune, Cluj county, zip code 407042, and we will put it by the Finance Administration for you.
We thank all the people who gave in 2010 the 2% from their income tax to Mundia Association. These amounts were a support in the project « Eyes wide open » from the Eye Defficiency Highschool Cluj-Napoca.

2. Sponsorships (for companies)
Who can sponsor?
Any economic agent on profit can choose to give a part of the company profit to a non government organization.
How big can be the deductible amount?
20% of the profit tax owed to the state, 3‰ of the company turnover, can be used as you decide.
Which are the legal basis?
The Fiscal Code says you can decide about the way how to use a small part of the tax that you owe to the state.
Extract from the fiscal code :
Ch. III, art.31
(4) The tax payers who make sponsorships according to the sponsorship law deduct the amounts from the profit due if the following terms are met :
a) are in the limit of 3‰ from the turnover;
b) are no more than 20% from the profit tax due
What do you have to do?
Sign a sponsorship contract between the company and Mundia Association based on which the 20% from the profit tax due to the state will be deducted in the limit of 3‰ from the turnover. After transfering the money into Mundia Association account you will receive a report regarding the way that your money was used and with what results.
Be a volunteer
Being a volunteer means involving and taking responsibility. A volunteer is the person who wonders why nobody doesn’t do anything, the person who understands that he/she is the one who must do something and consequently decides to change things in better without expecting anything for a change.
You too can be a volunteer !
You can give two hours from your time to one of the children who recovered their sight. You can become their first friend in a new fascinating colorfull world.
